I'm Ara Phoenix, devotee of Hekate since 2012, and a member of CoH since 2013. I'm a witch, and a member of the Kemetic Orthodox religion. The Egyptian crocodile god Sobek and Hekate make up my primary devotions. I have interests in witchcraft, herbs, astrology and planetary magic.

I'm late 30s, Australian, autistic, queer, and a writer and occasional artist. I do a lot of devotional fictional writing and poetry for my gods. I also express a lot of my creativity and devotion in minecraft builds. I may not be a more traditional researcher type devotee, but my love for my gods comes out through my writing.

I was the editor for the Biblioteca Alexandria anthology, Lord of the Carnelian Temple: A Devotional in Honour of Sobek, and you can find a lot of my writing there.
